It's Laura again 😊 You may remember from yesterday's email introduction that I'm an intuitive artist who creates empowering paintings called "inner goddess portraits" for the woman who’s ready to break molds, honor her fullest expression, and embody the highest version of who she came here to be.

This half-day event will be a truly blissful experience for any woman who wants to nourish her mind, body, and soul.
Allow me to paint you a word picture…
Imagine stepping into a gorgeous, private cottage nestled among lush green trees in a peaceful suburban neighborhood.
You smile knowing that this will be your serene escape from the hustle bustle of everyday life for the next 4 hours.
No cell phone beeps while you’re trying to have a conversation.
No laundry piles overflowing from the couch to the floor, already needing to be rewashed.
No children begging for snacks and then refusing to eat them.
Instead, you unroll your yoga mat onto the rich hardwood floors and let out a sigh of relief as you lay down to stretch out your body.
Natural light filters in through the windows, bathing the small group of women around you in a soft, warm glow.
As uplifting music starts to play, you are gently guided through a series of Qoya-inspired movements (imagine a beautiful blend of dance, yoga, and mindfulness) led by your instructor Cara.
Tension melts from your body as you stretch, dance, and sway at your own pace feeling complete and utter freedom as you finish your series of mindful movements with a deep breath that fills every cell with lightness and joy.
Then you spend the rest of your time basking in the tranquility of meditation, journaling, nourishing food, and a private photoshoot — all while connecting with like-hearted women.
As you leave the cottage, the sense of contentment you feel is palpable. You’re ready to rejoin your family feeling present to give them all your love with your own cup full.
When you receive your inner goddess painting after the retreat, you feel a deep connection to this beautiful portrait of you that showcases your inner strength, beauty, and resilience.
