RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the unique nature of my handmade items, all sales are final and no refunds are available. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact me via email at laura@lauraknopp.com within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at laura@lauraknopp.com.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and is based on the weight of your order. All orders ship via USPS with tracking and all domestic orders over $50 ship free via USPS First Class.
Wrong Mailing Address
PLEASE READ: Please make sure the address on your order is the one you desire your package shipped to. If you inform me of your address error after your package has shipped, I will need to charge you the full shipping rate before mailing your package again.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
I'm not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning by USPS is beyond my control once the package leaves my premises. Please allow 48 hours for USPS to update their tracking.
